Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions. You'll engage with small businesses, conduct needs assessments, and build client relationships. This role offers a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commission potential.

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across a variety of industries will be key to your success, making each day different and rewarding.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, and year two on-target earnings between $100,000 and $115,000. Our hybrid sales environment allows for flexibility, combining home office work with in-field activities.
