You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with diverse individuals and understand their needs. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the driving requirements of the position. You are committed to contributing positively to your local community and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as it would give you insights into the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. A background in sales or customer support can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to handle various customer interactions effectively.
As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers during vehicle delivery, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
