BridgeBio is seeking a Director of Medical Affairs to shape the future of care for individuals with skeletal dysplasias. You'll develop and execute the medical strategy for infigratinib’s development and launch. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

You have a proven track record in medical affairs, ideally with experience in rare diseases or biopharma. Your leadership skills are complemented by your ability to connect with clinicians, researchers, and advocacy groups, ensuring that medical insights drive impactful decisions. You understand the complexities of drug development and are adept at navigating the regulatory landscape. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey scientific information to diverse audiences. You are motivated by the opportunity to work on groundbreaking advancements in medicine and are eager to collaborate with a team of experts.

What you'll do

As the Director of Medical Affairs, you will lead the development and execution of the medical strategy for infigratinib, a key product in our pipeline. You will serve as the scientific voice within the organization, connecting various stakeholders to ensure that our medical insights inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include leading advisory boards, engaging with healthcare professionals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive education and communication efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping how we educate and engage the field, ensuring that our initiatives align with the needs of patients and healthcare providers. Your leadership will influence the direction of our medical affairs strategy, and you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.
