Who you are
You have over 4 years of experience in channel programs or sales programs, demonstrating a hands-on approach to development and execution. Your background includes creating financial business cases and operations messaging, particularly in the Cybersecurity sector. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless partner experience, and you thrive in environments where strategic thinking and execution are paramount.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively represent the partner team and introduce key initiatives to the market. Your ability to develop onboarding roadmaps and enhance partner program experiences showcases your commitment to partner success. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maximizing partner engagement through effective management of partner portal assets and onboarding materials.
Desirable
Experience in managing partner surveys, forums, and advisory boards is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities within the Cybersecurity landscape. You are comfortable working United States hours, which demonstrates your flexibility and commitment to supporting global initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Partner Programs and play a crucial role in supporting the Global Partner Organization. Your responsibilities will include driving the development and implementation of partner strategies and initiatives within the Transform Partner Program. You will lead the Partner Ecosystem framework to optimize the partner experience across the entire lifecycle, ensuring that partners receive a high-touch onboarding experience.
You will collaborate closely with partner sales and leadership to enhance the end-to-end partner journey, aligning your efforts with Rubrik's growth objectives. Your strategic content creation and asset development will be vital in representing the partner team effectively. You will also oversee the implementation and management of partner surveys, forums, and advisory boards, gathering valuable feedback to continuously improve the partner experience.
