Who you are

You are an experienced Corporate Counsel with a strong background in providing legal counsel across various business operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling a wide variety of legal issues on a daily basis. Your expertise includes contract review and drafting, as well as risk management, ensuring that the company's legal and regulatory rights are protected. You have a collaborative spirit and work closely with the executive team, making recommendations that align with business goals. You are adept at managing disputes and litigation matters, coordinating with outside counsel when necessary. Your experience also extends to supporting Human Resources on employment matters and providing legal guidance on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts across all functions of Vixxo, including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor contracts, and employment agreements. You will manage the contract renewal process and conduct training for business owners on contracting processes and standard operating procedures. You will be the key contact for insurance-related issues, ensuring that the company is adequately covered and managing claims as they arise. Additionally, you will provide hands-on legal expertise to the executive team, advising on various business initiatives and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your role will also involve supporting the company in strategic transactions, providing legal insights that facilitate smooth mergers and acquisitions.
