What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Grafana, you will be the go-to expert for customers looking to implement and optimize their use of Grafana's observability tools. You will conduct hands-on enablement sessions, providing customers with the knowledge they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.

You will engage with customers through presentations and technical evaluations, ensuring they understand the full capabilities of the Grafana LGTM Stack. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you guide customers through the implementation process and address any challenges they may face. You will also gather feedback from customers to help inform product development and improvements.
