Tennr is seeking an Implementation & Adoption Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline healthcare operations. You'll manage customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, ensuring clients derive ongoing value from Tennr's solutions. You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare sector. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, from front-line users to C-suite executives. You understand the complexities of healthcare operations and are adept at turning messy workflows into streamlined processes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to run hands-on training sessions and execute client success plans effectively. As an Implementation & Adoption Manager at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
