What you'll do

As the CyberSecurity Manager at Addi, you will lead the development and implementation of the company's cybersecurity strategy. You will assess current security practices and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the organization is protected against emerging threats. You will oversee incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks and recover from security breaches. Your role will involve conducting regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will also be responsible for training and educating employees on security best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security considerations are addressed from the outset of new projects.
