What you'll do

As the Associate Director of Corporate Events, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that elevates Oscar Health's presence in the industry. You will lead the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they reflect the company's brand and support its business objectives. Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams, you will create engaging experiences that foster relationships with employees, brokers, partners, and key stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze the success of events through feedback and metrics, using this data to continuously improve future initiatives.
