What you'll do

As the Associate Director of Corporate Events, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that elevates Oscar Health's presence in the industry. You will lead the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they reflect the company's brand and support its business objectives. Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams, you will create engaging experiences that foster relationships with employees, brokers, partners, and key stakeholders. You will oversee all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to vendor management, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets its goals. Additionally, you will analyze the success of events through feedback and metrics, using this data to continuously improve future initiatives. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the Corporate Marketing Team.
