What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, making each day different and rewarding.

The compensation structure includes a base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential. Year 1 on-target earnings are projected between $90,000 and $100,000, with the opportunity to earn more through monthly bonuses.
