Vanta is seeking a Channel Development Representative to manage partner acquisition efforts in EMEA. You'll focus on increasing Vanta's partner base through outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in business development.
You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in business development. Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with security compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 can be beneficial. A passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-growing company will help you excel in this role.
As a Channel Development Representative at Vanta, you will take ownership of the partner acquisition process in EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to generate pipeline and closed/won ARR from new Vanta partners. You will engage in cold outreach to potential, inactive, and dormant partners, following up on warm leads to foster relationships. You will assist in integrating new channel partners into Vanta's network, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with the Channel Development team to strategize and implement effective recruitment efforts, positioning Vanta as a top-tier choice for potential partners in a competitive market.
