What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing solutions and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will work closely with your team and receive ongoing support from management to help you achieve your sales targets.

You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings projected between $90,000 and $109,000. As you grow in your role, your earnings potential increases, with second-year projections ranging from $104,000 to $122,000. You will also benefit from recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive results.
