What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Cribl, you will be responsible for qualifying and following up on a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads. You will educate prospects about Cribl’s offerings and develop them further into the sales process. Your role will involve generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for the sales team, ensuring that you meet the set service level agreements (SLAs) for lead qualification. You will utilize a best-in-class tech stack to facilitate high-impact conversations that drive real annual recurring revenue (ARR).

You will work closely with the marketing team to respond efficiently to inbound marketing leads, ensuring that every potential customer receives the attention they deserve. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be crucial in progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
