Taboola is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive success for advertisers by onboarding new clients and providing technical recommendations. You'll work with SQL, JavaScript, and Google Analytics in Atlanta, Georgia. This position requires 2-3+ years of experience.
You have 2-3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role, demonstrating your ability to partner effectively with Sales and Account Management teams. Your technical expertise allows you to uncover opportunities and address client concerns, ensuring their success and growth. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to translate complex technical investigations into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Your familiarity with SQL for querying and analysis, along with your ability to read and debug JavaScript and HTML snippets, sets you apart in this role. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and APIs is essential, as is your knowledge of Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems. Bonus points if you have experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audience targeting, and ad operations.
As a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will be responsible for onboarding new advertisers and monitoring their delivery and performance. You will troubleshoot tracking issues, such as tag firing and conversion tracking, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service. Your role will involve providing in-depth technical recommendations and optimization strategies across a book of business, helping clients achieve their advertising goals. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams, using your technical expertise to drive success for Taboola's advertisers. Your ability to run data analysis and comparisons will help identify trends and opportunities, allowing you to make data-driven recommendations that support client success. You will also be involved in resolving technical issues and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Taboola offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $85,000—$96,000 USD, along with several perks such as a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance.
