Outreach is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to ensure the accurate execution of sales compensation plans. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Xactly implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics.

You have a strong background in sales compensation analysis, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and compliance in compensation plans. Your work ethic prioritizes efficiency and meeting deadlines, making you a reliable partner for cross-functional teams. You understand the mechanics of compensation plans and can identify opportunities for improvement in processes. Your experience includes collaborating with finance, revenue operations, and human resources to drive effective results. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for managing special projects that enhance the sales compensation function. You thrive in environments that promote teamwork and align with company values.

Desirable

Experience with Xactly implementation and reporting configuration is a plus. Familiarity with sales compensation policies and plan design will help you excel in this role. A proactive approach to identifying efficiencies and a strong analytical mindset will set you apart as a candidate.
