Instawork is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise partnerships and acquire key accounts. This role requires 5+ years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
You have over 5 years of enterprise sales experience, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation. You ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation, demonstrating your ability to manage complex processes effectively. Your proven track record includes closing complex, high-value deals exceeding $200K, often over extended sales cycles of 6 to 12 months. You possess deep experience with multi-threaded sales strategies and excel at developing relationships across various departments and leadership levels. Your strong executive presence is complemented by exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
You are passionate about building lasting business relationships and have a strategic mindset that drives your approach to sales. You thrive in environments that require collaboration and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
