Motional is seeking a Triage Specialist in Las Vegas to perform first-level Root Cause Analysis and improve Triage outcomes for autonomous vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills and a technical understanding of software components.
You have a strong background in data analysis and quality assurance, with experience in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on various testing modalities. Your ability to communicate effectively between engineering and component teams is crucial for enhancing Triage outcomes. You understand the importance of safety standards in autonomous vehicle performance and are committed to maintaining high-quality processes. As a Triage Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing data collected from Public Road Evaluation (PRE) testing and performing first-level Root Cause Analysis. You will work closely with third-party Triage contractors to enhance quality and throughput, ensuring that all processes align with safety standards. Your role will involve driving the issue identification, analysis, introspection, mitigation, and reporting lifecycle with Triage engineers. You will maintain a thorough understanding of the software stack and its components, adapting to changes as they occur. Your initiative and teamwork will be vital in fostering a collaborative environment across locations, contributing to the overall success of the Triage process.
