You have over 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, particularly in big data analytics — you've successfully guided clients through complex data challenges and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your technical expertise allows you to serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how to leverage data to drive business outcomes.

You possess a deep understanding of data platforms and analytics tools — your experience with technologies such as AWS and Apache Spark enables you to design effective solutions that meet diverse client needs. You are proactive and customer-centric, always looking for ways to enhance the user experience and deliver value.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working closely with account executives and cross-functional teams is second nature to you. You enjoy sharing best practices and scaling solutions that drive customer success, and you are passionate about fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud services is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks. You are also comfortable with technical documentation and reference architecture creation, which helps in guiding clients through their data journey.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to clients — you will engage with customers to understand their unique data challenges and architect tailored solutions that drive adoption and success. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be key to your success.

You will collaborate with account executives to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive the technical and business value they expect from Databricks. Your role will involve authoring reference architectures and best practice guides that help customers implement solutions effectively.

You will also participate in customer workshops and training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise to empower clients to make informed decisions about their data strategies. Your insights will help shape the future of how organizations leverage data for competitive advantage.
