Amplitude is seeking a Global Solutions Architect to guide customers through their experimentation journey and ensure successful platform adoption. You'll work cross-functionally to support customer education and technical troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in digital analytics.
You have a strong background in digital analytics and experience working with customers to enhance their product offerings. You understand the importance of experimentation in product development and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are a problem solver who takes ownership of challenges and approaches them with a growth mindset. Experience with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer education and onboarding processes will help you excel in this role. You may also have a background in technical troubleshooting and a knack for sharing best practices with clients.
