Amplitude is seeking a Global Solutions Architect to guide customers through their experimentation journey and ensure successful platform adoption. You'll work cross-functionally to support customer education and technical troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in digital analytics.
You have a strong background in digital analytics and experience working with customers to enhance their product offerings. You understand the importance of experimentation in product development and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are a problem solver who takes ownership of challenges and approaches them with a growth mindset. Experience with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with customer education and onboarding processes will help you excel in this role. You may also have a background in technical troubleshooting and a knack for sharing best practices with clients.
As a Global Solutions Architect, you will be a key technical partner to the Solutions Engineering team, guiding customers through their experimentation journey. You will support customer education initiatives, ensuring that clients understand how to leverage the platform effectively. Your role will involve onboarding new customers and providing technical troubleshooting during Proof Of Value (POV) engagements. You will share best practices and help shape how experimentation is utilized across various teams. Your expertise will be crucial in driving platform awareness and adoption, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and product outcomes.
