Job Description

Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon’s Retail business growth WW by enhancing customer and selling partner experiences. The tech team in RBS develops automation that leverages Machine/Deep Learning to scale execution of highly complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead our next generation of AI-powered automation products. You'll be responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies to automate complex business processes across Amazon.




Key job responsibilities

* Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered automation solutions that serve multiple Amazon businesses
* Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions using Amazon's AI/ML stack
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deliver measurable business results
* Define and optimize key metrics around automation efficiency, accuracy, and business impact
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements
* Drive adoption of automation solutions across the organization

- 10+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle
- Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- * Strong technical background with understanding of AI/ML concepts- Experience building large-scale machine learning models and infrastructure for online recommendation, ads ranking, personalization, or search
- Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
- Experience working with REST API based services, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
- Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
- * MBA or advanced technical degree
