Nooks is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize their value from the AI Sales Assistant Platform. You'll onboard new customers and proactively support their journey. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You thrive on building relationships and ensuring customers derive maximum value from the products they use. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer usage metrics and identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and can manage various tasks simultaneously, from onboarding new clients to addressing adoption challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are passionate about customer success and are driven to help clients achieve their goals using the platform.
Experience in sales or customer success within the AI or tech industry would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve the customer experience are essential traits.
As a Customer Success Manager at Nooks, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 75 commercial accounts, ensuring that each customer is maximizing the impact and value of the Nooks platform. You will onboard new customers, guiding them through the integration process to ensure a seamless experience. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage metrics to identify features that could enhance their experience and proactively leading upsell conversations based on these insights. You will monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to address any challenges that arise, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and engaged with the platform. Additionally, you will create high-value content to support the customer journey and run the renewal process to secure ongoing business. Your focus will be on maximizing customer value, which is crucial for successful renewals and expansions.
