Must-have Skills:

• Cloud and CI/CD: Familiar with core concepts and able to work within modern delivery environments.
• SQL: Able to write and understand queries; uses ORM frameworks effectively.
• Infrastructure as Code: Aware of its purpose and benefits.
• Scalability: Writes efficient and maintainable code; not expected to design distributed systems.
• Observability: Ensures code is traceable and measurable.
• Leadership is not required but is encouraged through proactive behavior and taking ownership of problems.
• Displays curiosity, ownership, and effective communication.

 

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
