Desirable

Experience with contract management is a plus, as it complements your ability to navigate client relationships effectively. A background in marketing or growth teams can enhance your understanding of the industry and the challenges faced by your clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Hightouch, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that clients have an exceptional experience, which is crucial for driving successful renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. You will proactively address client needs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges. Your success will be measured by your ability to retain clients and grow their accounts, positioning Hightouch's solutions as essential to their business objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service delivery, enhancing the overall client experience.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 annually, along with meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
