Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience creating user-centered designs for digital products. Your portfolio showcases your ability to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences, particularly in the fintech or crypto space. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, and you understand the principles of user interface and user experience design. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about decentralized finance (DeFi) and have a keen interest in how blockchain technology can reshape financial services. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You have a good understanding of user research methodologies and can translate insights into actionable design improvements. What you'll do
