Handshake is seeking Detectives and Criminal Investigators for an AI Trainer role. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required, and the position is remote with flexible hours.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in investigative roles, such as detectives or criminal investigators. Your background includes conducting thorough investigations, collecting and analyzing evidence, and documenting findings in detailed reports. You are comfortable working independently and can provide structured feedback based on your expertise. You are open to learning new skills and contributing to the development of AI models in your field. You understand the importance of clear communication and can articulate your insights effectively.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project that evaluates AI models related to your field. Your responsibilities will include developing prompts that reflect your professional experience and evaluating the responses generated by the AI. You will work independently and asynchronously, allowing you to manage your hours flexibly. Your feedback will help strengthen the AI's understanding of workplace tasks and language, contributing to the overall improvement of AI applications in your area of expertise.
