What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects within Amazon's operations. You will oversee the execution of systems and automated equipment designs, ensuring that installations meet throughput and safety qualifications. Your responsibilities will include conducting engineering reviews and contributing to the improvement of proposed solutions for systems and components.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to set project priorities and drive schedules, proactively addressing any dependencies that may arise. Your role will require you to provide timely and accurate project status updates, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to leadership, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.

You will also be responsible for managing change order controls and ensuring that all documentation related to discussions, decisions, and action items is properly maintained. Your ability to identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering the best results for customers.
