Gympass is seeking a Manager of New Ventures to lead the planning and growth of innovative wellness programs. You'll drive market research and develop commercial strategies to enhance the company's offerings. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership experience.
You have a proven track record in leading new ventures or business development initiatives, ideally within the wellness or health sector. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to identify and validate new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and competitor analysis. You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to develop robust commercial strategies and go-to-market plans that ensure program success. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. You are passionate about workplace wellness and understand the importance of creating fulfilling and balanced work environments. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of building new programs from concept to market launch.
In this role, you will lead the planning, building, and growth of diverse new Ventures programs from initial concept to market launch. You will drive comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer deep-dives to identify and validate new business opportunities. You will own the development of robust commercial strategies and go-to-market plans to ensure program success. You will collaborate with various teams to align on objectives and ensure that the new ventures align with the company's mission of promoting workplace wellness. You will be responsible for tracking the performance of new programs and making data-driven decisions to optimize their success. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions that can enhance the company's offerings.
