You have a strong background in operational excellence and AI, with experience in building processes and systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your experience includes leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across various departments, including engineering, legal, and analytics. You are skilled in embedding AI into daily operations, leveraging machine learning to improve customer engagement and marketing performance. You have a proven track record of managing high-visibility projects and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to achieve results. You are passionate about using technology to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Desirable

Experience in performance marketing and customer journey optimization is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations will help you navigate the complexities of marketing in a digital environment. What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the backbone of the Consumer Growth Engine, focusing on in-product and email marketing channels. You will lead discussions on strategic tooling with engineering and product teams, ensuring that all systems are aligned with business objectives. You will also apply AI and machine learning techniques to elevate the quality and relevance of marketing communications, ultimately enhancing customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure that all teams are working towards common goals. You will monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
