What you'll do

As the Senior Infrastructure Delivery Manager, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment for AWS data centers. You will manage a growing team, ensuring their development and growth while driving the mission of delivering network capacity on time. Your role will involve creating and refining processes that enhance operational efficiency and quality.

You will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities that streamline operations and reduce delivery cycle times. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that all network equipment and related infrastructures are installed and delivered according to specifications. Your strategic direction will guide the team in achieving operational excellence and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

You will also track budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. Your ability to mentor and develop team members will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
