What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Core UX team at Kalepa, guiding the design and development of user interfaces for our AI Underwriting Platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices for UX design and ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the product development process.

You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions — your analytical skills will help you interpret data and identify areas for improvement. You will also oversee the creation of design specifications and documentation, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project objectives and timelines.

As a Technical Lead Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the UX strategy for Kalepa, advocating for user needs and driving innovation within the team. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
