You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in marketing analytics and data visualization. You excel at translating complex data into clear business implications, enabling teams to make data-informed decisions. Your expertise in tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics allows you to analyze campaign performance effectively, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
You are proficient in SQL and have experience developing reporting dashboards using data visualization tools such as Looker. Your analytical mindset helps you dive deep into data, uncovering insights that drive marketing strategies and enhance user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance performance across various marketing channels.
Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with various digital marketing channels. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a knack for storytelling through data, making complex information accessible to stakeholders.
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Marketing Operations & Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing HubSpot's paid marketing efforts and web experience.
