Google is seeking a UX Designer for their Cloud Business Platform to enhance user experiences through interaction design. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize generative AI tools. This role requires 4+ years of experience in UX design.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Your portfolio showcases your ability to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. You have experience with fulfillment platforms, B2B commerce, and order management, as well as subscription lifecycle management. A Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. You have a proven ability to lead design projects and facilitate design thinking workshops, driving alignment across teams. Familiarity with generative AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows is a plus. Your advanced craft and mastery in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking set you apart.
As a UX Designer at Google, you will take complex tasks and make them intuitive and easy to use for billions of users. You will create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, bringing your vision to life in a way that feels inspired and refined. You will collaborate with researchers to identify and synthesize user needs, rapidly iterating on designs based on insights and user feedback.
