CI&T is seeking a Mid Data Governance Analyst to develop and implement company-wide data governance processes and policies. You'll work closely with Data Owners and Data Stewards to ensure accountability and compliance in data practices. This role requires experience with data governance tools and frameworks.
You have a strong background in data governance, with experience in developing and executing data governance processes and policies. You understand the importance of data quality and have successfully implemented data quality frameworks in previous roles. Your ability to build strategic relationships with Data Owners and Data Stewards is key to your success, as you drive acceptance of data governance across the organization. You are skilled in using data governance tools and have experience advocating for business user requirements in their development. You are also comfortable engaging with stakeholders to resolve complex data quality issues and support team members through training and mentorship.
In this role, you will establish milestones for Data Domains in their Data Ownership journey, ensuring that Data Owners and Data Stewards have clear accountability for the stewardship of the company's strategic data assets. You will lead reviews of data governance practices across Business Domains and Technical teams, identifying the impact of internal or external events and regulations on the company's use of data. Your responsibilities will include implementing data management strategies in collaboration with Technical teams and driving the adoption of Data Governance Tools such as Data Catalogues and Data Observability. You will also advocate for Data Quality initiatives and engage with Data Stewards to resolve complex data quality issues as they relate to specific Data Domain requirements. Supporting team members and creating collaborative ways of working across the Data Governance Teams will be essential to your role.
