As the NAMER Workplace Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco headquarters, ensuring that the workplace is conducive to productivity and collaboration. You will lead key programs that enhance workplace operations and drive consistency across Vanta's global offices. You will partner closely with the Head of Real Estate and regional Workplace Managers to set the vision for the workplace strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Vanta's mission and values. You will oversee facilities management, including maintenance, space planning, and vendor management, to create a seamless experience for employees. You will also be involved in strategic initiatives that elevate the workplace experience, such as employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives. Your role will require you to analyze workplace metrics and feedback to continuously improve the environment and culture at Vanta. You will play a critical role in shaping how teams experience the office as Vanta continues to expand.
