You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with experience managing complex negotiations and bespoke commercial agreements. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese sets you apart, allowing you to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable operating with high agency, demonstrating resilience and humility in your approach. You have a strong interest in technology and understand how it can drive business growth. As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will own a named account list and develop strategic account plans to win and expand business with middle market and enterprise companies. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing outbound strategies to generate new opportunities, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition to go live. Building relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users will be key to your success, as you will work closely with leaders from various functions, including Engineering, Product, and Finance, to lead complex product workshops and develop financial analyses. You will also contribute to team projects aimed at refining the sales process, ensuring that your contributions help foster a results-oriented culture within the team.
