Operations Supervisor

Who you are

You have experience in operations management, ideally within a fulfillment or logistics environment. You understand the importance of efficiency and quality in operations, and you thrive in fast-paced settings where you can lead a team to success. You are capable of lifting up to 50lbs and are willing to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Your ability to stand for most of the day is essential in this role, as you will be actively involved in the operations.

What you'll do

As an Operations Supervisor at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within our fulfillment center. You will lead a team of associates, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics, implementing best practices, and providing hands-on support to your team. You will also be tasked with training new employees and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our fulfillment services meet the needs of our ecommerce partners. This includes coordinating with inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and collaborating with customer service to address any operational issues that arise.
