Finance Analyst

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and possess a strong understanding of finance operations and business processes. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are excellent, and you communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You are familiar with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, which are essential for this role. A B.Sc in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Bonus points if you have experience with automation tools and integrations within ERP systems, as well as exposure to GenAI or emerging technology solutions applied to business processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Taboola’s Information Systems team, focusing on supporting and optimizing our financial systems. You will collaborate with finance teams to understand their processes, challenges, and system requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite ERP and other finance-related systems. You will analyze transactional and operational data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for system improvements. Additionally, you will assist in designing and implementing system enhancements, automations, and integrations, while documenting system processes and workflows.
