You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments — you understand the nuances of managing high-profile clients and driving their satisfaction. You excel at building relationships and are seen as a trusted advisor by your clients, ensuring they achieve their goals with the solutions provided. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for feature adoption and are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in environments that require accountability and autonomy, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your clients. You are passionate about customer success and are driven by the impact you can make on your clients' businesses.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and assume ultimate responsibility for client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for your customers — you will be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will partner closely with Account Executives to align on customer needs and drive commercial success. Your focus will be on understanding your clients' objectives and helping them realize the full value of their investment in Braze. You will lead initiatives to drive feature adoption and ensure that clients are leveraging the platform effectively to meet their business goals. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and working collaboratively with the sales team to maximize account growth. Regularly, you will analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform your strategies and improve the overall customer experience. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align on customer success initiatives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
