In this role, you will own and assume ultimate responsibility for client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for your customers — you will be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will partner closely with Account Executives to align on customer needs and drive commercial success. Your focus will be on understanding your clients' objectives and helping them realize the full value of their investment in Braze. You will lead initiatives to drive feature adoption and ensure that clients are leveraging the platform effectively to meet their business goals. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and working collaboratively with the sales team to maximize account growth. Regularly, you will analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform your strategies and improve the overall customer experience. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align on customer success initiatives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
