In your previous roles, you've ensured that compensation programs are executed accurately and on time, building trust across revenue-generating teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a strong understanding of the intricacies involved in variable compensation strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance teams. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the administration of variable compensation programs, ensuring that all sales team members and customer success representatives are compensated accurately and on time. You will collaborate closely with various teams to understand their compensation needs and develop strategies that align with company goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements to existing programs. You will also be responsible for communicating compensation plans and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization.

You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of compensation data, conducting regular audits, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating the effectiveness of compensation strategies and making data-driven adjustments as necessary. You will also participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on compensation-related matters and contribute to the overall success of the revenue operations team.
