As a Graduate Shift Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an 11-week onboarding program. You will lead a team of up to 100 employees, ensuring that customer goods are delivered on time and in good quality. You prioritize safety and compliance with regulations, and you are committed to continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
You have a strong understanding of operational management and are eager to implement best practices in safety, productivity, and quality. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will help you drive improvements in team performance and customer satisfaction. You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working closely with your team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Experience in a leadership role or in operations management is a plus, but not required. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential for success in this role.
