Amazon is seeking a Senior Operations Executive for their Removal Supply Chain team to drive innovative solutions and improve processes. You'll leverage data-driven insights and analytical skills to resolve vendor disputes and enhance efficiency.
You are a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills — you excel at diving deep into data to uncover insights and simplify complex problems into clear, actionable steps. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you have a proven track record of identifying root causes of issues and providing actionable insights that support effective decision-making. You are proactive in recommending and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing disputes and removals.
You have experience in automating manual processes — you understand how to leverage data insights to identify opportunities for automation and streamline operations. Your critical thinking skills enable you to investigate vendor disputes effectively, uncover process gaps, and drive program success through the development of dashboards and metrics that measure the success of key initiatives. You are passionate about building scalable solutions that minimize dependencies on manual intervention.
You have a background in supply chain management or operations, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges faced in the removal supply chain. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively ensures that you can drive initiatives that align with the company's mission to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.
In this role, you will join Amazon's Dispute Resolution Team and play a key role in shaping the future of the Removal Supply Chain. You will investigate vendor disputes by applying your analytical thinking to identify root causes and provide actionable insights that support decision-making. You will also be responsible for automating manual processes, using data insights to identify opportunities for streamlining operations related to dispute resolution.
You will proactively recommend and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing disputes and removals. Your work will involve developing dashboards and metrics to measure the success of key programs, preempt potential issues, and ensure smooth execution. You will create automated reports and processes that minimize or eliminate dependencies on manual intervention, driving program success and operational excellence.
