Nebius AI is seeking a Junior Privacy Officer to assist in monitoring compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to identify privacy risks and help create solutions. This role requires knowledge of privacy assessments and documentation.
You are a detail-oriented individual with a foundational understanding of privacy regulations, particularly GDPR. You have experience or academic knowledge in privacy compliance and are eager to learn and grow in this field. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key as you assist in identifying privacy risks and developing solutions. You are proactive in your approach and have strong communication skills, allowing you to draft and maintain essential privacy documentation effectively.
Experience with privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments is a plus. Familiarity with privacy documentation and training materials will help you excel in this role. A passion for AI and cloud computing will align well with Nebius's mission and culture.
In your role as a Junior Privacy Officer, you will work closely with various teams across Nebius to ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations. You will assist in executing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs). Your responsibilities will also include maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) to ensure that all data processing activities are documented and compliant.
You will help draft and maintain privacy documentation, including privacy notices and internal guidelines, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Collaborating with the Legal team, you will contribute to the development of training materials that educate employees on privacy best practices and compliance requirements.
