Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have successfully taken technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. With at least 3 years of experience shipping user-facing software systems or platform-level products, you understand the nuances of delivering impactful technology to users.

Your background includes 4 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership, showcasing your strong communication skills. You have 3 years of people management experience, leading teams and fostering technical leadership. Your excellent negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills enable you to drive alignment in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You thrive in a user-first culture and are excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. Collaborating closely with creative engineers, designers, and marketers, you will help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. Your responsibilities will include advocating for XR-specific requirements within the GMS framework and ensuring that platform updates remain compatible with the XR roadmap.

You will act as a liaison between Android XR and Core Android teams, driving continuity and collaboration. Your role will involve analyzing user needs and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap. You will lead product development efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product management team.
