What you'll do

As the FC ACES leader, you will be responsible for establishing and executing benchmark operating standards across the Fulfillment Centers. You will lead a team of operational leaders, driving process stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other ACES teams to define and teach standard work practices throughout the operational network. You will analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be accountable for ensuring that all operational leaders are equipped with the necessary process knowledge and tools to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
