Who you are

You are a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to take on the role of Senior Rewards Specialist at Careem. With experience in managing compensation structures, you understand the importance of creating scalable and equitable frameworks that support organizational growth. You enjoy collaborating with various business units to ensure that compensation strategies align with company goals and employee satisfaction. Your attention to detail ensures that all aspects of the rewards cycle are executed flawlessly, maintaining high data hygiene and accuracy. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can apply your problem-solving skills to enhance the overall employee experience through effective rewards management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of annual and mid-year compensation reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring that all processes are delivered with zero errors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining job architectures that power Careem's teams, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with market standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of current compensation structures and making recommendations for improvements. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to gather insights and feedback, which will inform the development of new rewards initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in communicating compensation changes and updates to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding across the organization. Your contributions will help Careem continue to attract and retain top talent in the region.
