You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sector. You understand the importance of customer retention and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You are a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Experience in a renewal or sales role is a plus, particularly in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and practices would be beneficial. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a basic understanding of pricing strategies. A background in customer service or support can also enhance your candidacy.
As a Renewal Specialist (SMB) at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts.
