Moveworks is seeking a Regional Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in the Northeast USA. You'll focus on team development, customer engagement, and achieving sales goals. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams. Your background includes coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve their quotas and drive account growth. You understand the nuances of the enterprise sales landscape and have a strategic mindset to navigate complex sales cycles. You are skilled in recruiting top talent and fostering a high-performance culture within your team. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their unique needs sets you apart as a leader in the field. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance sales performance.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology-driven sales environments is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools that enhance team productivity will help you succeed in this role. A strong network within the enterprise sector can also be beneficial as you work to expand Moveworks' customer base.

What you'll do

As the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of 5+ Account Executives, providing them with the guidance and support needed to excel in their roles. You will engage in regular one-on-one meetings to understand their goals and challenges, helping them develop actionable plans to meet their sales targets. You will collaborate with your peers and senior leadership to define and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing regional forecasts, balancing territories, and driving new customer acquisition efforts.
