Overview

Verkada is seeking a Channel Development Representative to drive growth and success of reseller partners in the West region. You'll introduce Verkada's solutions to new partner accounts and support their development. This role is ideal for those looking to launch a career in tech sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about channel sales and partner management. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with partners effectively, and you are driven to help them succeed. You are looking for a career-launching opportunity in tech sales, where you can gain valuable experience and grow into a Customer Success Manager role over time.

What you'll do

In this role, you will introduce Verkada's innovative solutions into new partner accounts, ensuring they understand the value of our AI-powered platform. You will work closely with partners to help them ramp up quickly, providing support and guidance as they begin to produce results. You will manage partner applications and onboarding processes, actively developing newly onboarded target accounts to ensure their success. When field coverage is needed, you will step in as an inside Channel Sales Manager, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to partner growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to build experience in channel development and prepare for future roles within the company.
