Navan is seeking a Manager for their Enterprise Associate Account Executive team to lead high-value sales cycles and drive revenue growth. This role requires 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales and team leadership.
You have 2+ years of progressive experience as an Account Executive in SaaS, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to drive results. Your experience includes at least 2 years in a team lead, pod lead, or manager role within an Enterprise sales organization, where you've successfully guided teams through complex sales cycles. You possess a collaborative mindset, having partnered cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment and success. Your background includes mentoring, onboarding, or coaching junior sellers, showcasing your commitment to developing talent within your team.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and performance monitoring metrics. You thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to contribute to the development of a high-performing sales team.
In this role, you will directly manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives, providing support and coaching throughout the sales process from early discovery to closing. You will engage in live call shadowing, offering real-time feedback and structured debriefs to enhance rep performance. Performance monitoring will be a key responsibility, where you will track rep progress using CRM data and coaching tools, providing recommendations for promotion-readiness based on observed metrics.
Collaboration is essential in this position; you will liaise with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure your team has the necessary tools, messaging, and collateral to succeed. You will also work closely with Sales Leadership to define and maintain clear criteria, milestones, and success metrics for EAAEs transitioning into more senior sales roles. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in building and developing a team of high-performing sellers in a crucial segment of the business.
