What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Ads team, you will play a critical role in the evolution of our advertising solutions. You will design and implement features that provide advertisers with actionable insights, ensuring they can effectively reach their target audiences. Your work will involve collaborating with product designers to create intuitive user interfaces and with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into our systems. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing code and systems to improve performance and reliability. Regularly participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers will be part of your responsibilities, helping to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will engage in agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve our processes.
